Oropesa del Mar (Castellón). Versemar, a consultancy specialising in the marine environment, becomes a standalone business unit following the transfer of this line of business from Gamaser (now Global Omnium Services, S.L) to Tineverse, the technology company of Grupo FUCSA.
The acquisition of Versemar by Tineverse strengthens the company’s specialisation in the marine field and broadens its portfolio of services, consolidating its role as a strategic partner in research, sustainability and environmental management projects. The consultancy combines the experience built up at Global Omnium with the technological backing of Tineverse, with the aim of leading the transition from traditional environmental consultancy towards cutting-edge marine solutions.
All of this sits within Grupo FUCSA, which brings together the companies led by Fomento Urbano Castellón, S.A., a group that has already given rise to other leading companies such as Idrica and Aguas de Valencia.
With a team with more than two decades of experience in the sector, Versemar has built up in-depth knowledge of the marine environment, enabling it to offer a complete range of services in environmental monitoring and control plans, sustainable management of marine uses and resources, and inspection and maintenance of underwater infrastructure, always ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and the protection of ecosystems.
